Workspace Snap Assessment Tool
A rapid workplace assessment tool for pre- and post-occupancy evaluations that offers a standardised snapshot of space type effectiveness. A tool that performs a quick assessment of the physical environment, furniture, and supporting technology in a workplace offering a fast and efficient evaluation process for quickly identifying potential areas of improvement in the workspace layout, infrastructure and protocols.
Through a largely automated process utilising AI we collect and process data from 4 sources:
site assessment
We gather information from four main sources to compile our data. Firstly, our team of expert assessors conduct on-site assessments of workplaces and workstyles. These assessments include basic ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria. Secondly, we collect data on space-type time utilization from sensor data. This allows us to analyze how different spaces are being used over time. Thirdly, we gather insights from user surveys that specifically target the area in question. This provides us with valuable feedback and opinions from those who directly interact with the space. Lastly, we conduct interviews in various forms, with the choice of four different methods. These interviews offer further qualitative information and perspectives. Depending on the customization requirements of our clients, we may add additional data sets to ensure we deliver tailored solutions.
